Architectural Ceramics

This is an update to my earlier review (see below).
I have realized this company is the real deal in customer service satisfaction and willingness to earn your business! Why? I few days after I posted my original review
I received a call from VP of sales asking if there was anything they could do to get a second chance and prove me they care and that was simply misunderstanding. I agreed.
Every serious business sometimes gets «not so good» employees. This time things were different! I got the pricing, estimated delivery dates and even product variations, and all without any extra effort. I have to say they want my business and they are as professional as high-​end stores.
The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of all 5 is because I haven’t ordered
the product yet to be able to rate the entire process. But, I more than sure they will deliver as promised!

Talked to their sales rep. Ana over the phone. She tried to offer a different product for the one I was looking for that they don’t carry.

The staff is very talented, they take great care down to the details of each project. They spent hours with me on my condo remodeling for the absolute perfect result (and helped me maintain my budget too). The showroom always has the latest and greatest products. I highly recommended!

Great store and great showroom. I would definitely use them again for my tile purchase. Very innovative design team.
