Horrible service at DT no cars no customers still a wait and the order takers could not comprehend

I visited the Arby’s on Eastern Avenue tonight with the kids because Chick Fil A was closed. I have always liked Arby’s and will visit a location in the future just NOT this one. We ordered the new loaded fries both of which came without bacon. When we went back up to the counter bacon was added to the top which was pointless. It was disappointing as they would have been good. Our second issue was a chicken sandwich that was ordered plain and received with mayo. The manager was dealing with another sandwich return when I approached the counter. There was also a tray of food waiting for someone to pick up. The girl behind the counter asked the manager who the tray belonged to. He answered and the man proceeded to take the tray. The manager looked at him and said, «I called the name 3 times.» I couldn’t believe the lack of customer service. I then returned the sandwich and I watched as the girl behind the counter put the returned sandwich back in the warmer. I assumed there was no sense telling the manager, with his attitude that may actually be his policy. But I thought the rest of the world should know.

Pretty decent. The customer service was not terrible. They try their best to get your food out quick. The place was clean and the food was adequate.
