The dentist was so unprofessional to the point I thought she was the secretary or dental assistant. The dental assistant was way more professional!
The dentist basically rushed me out of the office because she wouldn’t treat me cause of my diabetes.
She was incredibly rude I told her i was only interested in 2 Lumineers and she told me I need to learn to love myself. She was very condescending and unprofessional, I wasnt even given a full evaluation or any options.
Total waste of time!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Christopher. She was so friendly and jovial and sweet that I immediately felt at home and she actually did my cleaning herself!
Her office is incredibly transparent about pricing and they didn’t order x-​rays until they had confirmed with my insurance that they would be covered (without me even asking). One thing to note is that for new patients they do require you to come in for an initial consultation. I’m not exactly sure why this is because it seemed totally unnecessary but I guess if you have more major work that needs to be done then it makes sense. They were able to schedule both of my appointments within a week so I couldn’t complain.
Canton is a little bit out of the way for me but I will absolutely continue coming to see Dr. Christopher because she makes it such a pleasant experience. I’ve already recommended her to 3 people!

Everytime I have gone now she’s been late, and I do not mean with another patient. She has come into her office after I got there, even when I was running ten minutes late she still got there after me.
She is a very nice lady however she has a very strong personality which while it might work for some, it is a bit too much for me at 8:30 in the morning while having my teeth scraped at.
Lastly, and definitely my biggest problem, is while the cleanings and x-​rays and all that have been fine at the time, every time I’ve seen her (3 i think) my mouth has had problems, especially recently, afterwards (I never had such problems with my old dentist).
On the positive side;
As I said she is very nice and does try to make you comfortable. Like another post said she really takes time to explain things to the patient; from brushing properly, to why teeth do what they do etc etc… she’ll answer anything you can think to ask. Also, relating to that, I have never felt rushed. She has always taken time with me and I never feel like she’s in a rush to get to her next patient and to get done with me
I do not think I would recommend her to a friend because I personally have some problems with her bedside manner (the lateness and personality), however I do think she has the ability to be a good dentist especially for children and families.

Dr. Christopher is quite possibly the nicest dentist (or professional in general) that I’ve ever met, and I’m not easily impressed.
On my first visit, she took the time to explain the correct method for brushing and flossing and took the time to get to know me. She found out that I was getting married two months later and invited me to schedule a complimentary bridal polish. When I arrived for the appointment, she had made me a lace garter and attached ribbons in the colors of my wedding! On the following visit, she was excited to see pictures and asked about the wedding day. Wow, talk about going above and beyond!
In other offices, the dental hygienist cleans and the dentist comes in for about 2 minutes to check for cavities. Not so at Dr. Christopher’s office. Each time, she has cleaned my teeth herself.
I can’t say enough about how kind she and her staff are. She really cares about her patients and their dental health and offers dental services to the underserved. I highly recommend Dr. Christopher!
