Rock N’ Bowlllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll! I was recently here with a group of friends for one of their late night Rock N Bowl experiences. On the weekends a few AMF’s are open till 1am. During this time the music is blasting as videos show in the background, creating a party atmosphere. Added with the party vibe, AMF Woodlawn offers a full bar and bar foods. For 20 bucks you get your shoe rental and a few rousing games of bowling! Check them out for other specialty nights!

More lanes than I thought inside! I was here looking at their pro-shop with my husband. The pro-shop was great, they helped him pick out a nice ball for his bowling league. They drilled it for him on the spot and gave him a great deal for getting new finger grips on his old bowling ball(and grips for his new one, too). He got a couple of ‘extras,’ something to clean the ball and a towel(which they threw in no charge). I checked out their«standard» fees for purchasing the ball, drilling fees, grips per pair, etc. You could really spend some money there! The guys cut to the chase and put everything together for a reasonable price. My husband took the ball out on the lanes to make sure he was truly happy with it. He also got new grips in his old(12 years old) ball, and there was a slight fracture. Guys said if there were any issues at all, to come on back in and they would take care of it, free of charge. Friendly and helpful. They said they have 5 pro shops, Towson, Woodlawn, Brunswick, Conchester… and I *think* one in Philly? Hard to get a lane if there’s a tournament or league play happening. Seemed to be a lot of regulars bowling — all very friendly.

let me paint a picture for ya’ll… which btw isn’t even close to the reality of it all… lol i’m so blown right now! we pull up… it was packed and ALL the cars were backed in(smell trouble yet?). before we even stepped out the car it reeked of weed. there was a looong line of dudes getting patted down and no one in the«girls» line. they searched my purse like crazy. now i’ve been to hammerjacks back in the day and they NEVER searched my shit like that! she searched in my wallet and everything. it was $ 20 just to get in! that doesn’t count bowling fees. security and cops were heavy! i mean we just wanted to go BOWLING! lol those folks weren’t there for no bowling! maybe on any other night you are safe. but not on a FRIDAY night. hide your kids, hide your wives.

This bowling alley is the best cause they have different deals cheap for the whole family. Great customer service and food was on point and they supply light bowling balls for the kiddies just as for it.
