The office staff are great; didn’t like Dr Libby. Had two adjustments (in the large treatment room with many other patients) and thought it might work out despite the utter lack of privacy.
I then expressed some opinion about my healthcare and he adjusted me so quickly and so roughly that he hurt me and traumatized me enough that I never went back. No one ever called to see why I didn’t return. I’ve been in chiropractic care in other places for over 20 years and I’ve never been hurt.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lippy’s for quite some time now. The staff rocks here. They are always friendly and accomadatiing, especially with my crazy work schedule. Dr Lippy is very professional and is very empathetic to your physical therapy needs. Also since I have been a patient for quite some time, his staff really treats you like family there and that is a major plus for me. So if you live and work in the downtown area and are need of a nice physical therapist, I highly recommend Dr. Lippy, because he does have your back :)!!!

The staff was super friendly and efficient with figuring out how much you have to pay with your insurance. Dr. Lippy is really professional and he helps diagnose your problem effectively. They have staff who help you with stretches and electrostimulation. I learned about this place from a Groupon years ago and they were always accomodating to my busy schedule. I did stop going because it was $ 15 per visit for me about 3 times a week and my schedule did get more busy. I do still have a mug that says, «Dr. Lippy’s Got My Back.»
