Literally, the worst experience I have ever had in customer service. Absolutely zero communication about where my stuff was or when it would arrive. They sent a truck that was too small so they had to strap a good number of things TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE TRUCK. No shock at all, they lost a bike. They didn’t even attempt to show compassion for the stress of the situation they caused until I complained. Dalton and Lynn DO NOT care about you or your stuff. AT ALL. I would give them zero stars if I could. The truck they provided me was too small. If they had truly gauged my needs in the preliminary conversation they would have known that. Instead they made an assumption. Also, they provided me with two individuals to move that day. Only one was experience. They other — well it was his first day on the job and he didn’t speak English so they couldn’t communicate well with each other. It also made the job longer. Since the truck was too small we had to make two trips, for which they charged me additional fees. I asked for a discount due to this misunderstanding of my needs. They said they would reimburse me and never did. They showed a lack of respect for my time. I had a previous engagement booked for later that evening that I spent lot’s of money on and I lost out on that. We started the move first thing in the morning — they were about an hour late. Yes, they called to let me know. We did not end the job until about midnight/​1 am.
I will never use this company again. I do not recommend them.

Advance Relocation Systems made our unexpected long-​distance move from Washington, DC to Jacksonville, FL uneventful. From the initial telephone call inquiring about service to final setup of my bed, the process was efficient, professional and courteous. Advance Relocation Systems was extremely patient with us explaining the process from start to finish and repeating as we had questions. The scheduling team, third-​party agent that took our bed apart, the packers, loaders, drivers, unloaders and the third-​party agent that put our bed back together made me and family feel as if were their only customer. I would definitely use Advance Relocation Systems again and would highly recommend them to friends and family. Of all the long-​distance moves we have done both personal and professional, this one is by far the best experience. Thank you Advance Relocation Systems.

If you are looking to move in state or out of state, this company will take care of your needs. They really care about you. The office staff is friendly and they send someone out to give you an estimate. In our case the job came in below the estimated price. The movers were professional and very friendly. I highly recommend this company.
