As far as 7/11s go, this is a good one. Their prepared junk food usually seems like it was made somewhat recently, and the ladies that work there are nice. And there are Hopkins security guards there all the time, so it gets robbed less than other nearby 7/11s. However, their ice pints are oddly covered in a sheet of ice, like there was a refrigeration problem months ago, and they just left the ice cream glacier there.

Not a fan of convenience stores in general — way too darn expensive but I get it. This 7-Eleven is located in the Hopkins Square shopping complex with the Hopkins student dorm building called the Homewood Apartments right on top. It is located right next to the bar«Maxie’s» so between 11pm-2am it is loud in the store with the music — walls are thin apparently Cashiers are friendly for the most part and items well-stocked(but of course, mostly over priced). They do have deals like on a 24-pack water and on sugar drinks and gatorades. Things keeping this 7-Eleven from 5-stars are the occasional sticky floors near the entrance, homeless/sketchy people that frequent the establishment, and drunk clienteles of Hopkins late at night.
