It’s a big disappointment that a brand new store such as this could have so many issues with customer service. I am not going to reveal much about where I work, but let’s just say I’m in the neighborhood and had more than one bad experience in the store. Between bad attitudes from the staff, to no grill roller food available, I have written this place off. It is understandable that convenience stores in this particular neighborhood which is infested with pan handlers and drug addicts are under stress. And believe me I feel for the staff, but if Royal Farms which is next door can provide a high level of service, 7 Eleven should be able to follow suite. Come on 7 Eleven you are a brand and you need to do better.
