Apartment living at it’s finest. These units are loft-​style, converted from an old factory. They have floor to ceiling windows, and my unit happens to have hardwood floors. We have a fabulous view of the city, from which you can actually see the Inner Harbor. Washer and dryer is in the unit. Additionally, these units have balconies, which is very difficult to find in a Baltimore high rise. One parking spot in the garage below the building is included. As far as amenities, the building features a community room with a patio, an upstairs deck, a 24 hour fitness center, and a business center. The manager is very personable and helpful. My husband and I are always complimented on how awesome our apartment is, so I thought it was only appropriate to leave a review :)
