1201 S Charles Street Apartments

I don’t normally write reviews but I have such strong negative feelings for 1201 S Charles I felt I needed to share. First of all I only gave it a 1 because it is a new building. We moved in as one of the first tenants in August and it has been a nightmare since we moved in.
Management — Bay Management Group is the most dishonest, deceitful, difficult property management group we have ever worked with. They have not taken care of any issues. We have ceilings cracking and falling, a washer that doesn’t work, smoke detectors that were put up so close to the stove you can’t cook. They continue to make promises without results. We rent 2 parking spots and have been towed twice because they didn’t provide parking tags at our expense The location of the building is close to bars and food but because it is so close to the bars the area outside the building always has trash and broken alcohol bottles and they don’t clean up. There are rats in the garage because of this. They are now putting a pizza place in the building which is going to make it louder and dirtier
The rent for this building is overpriced for no amenities. No outdoor space or exercise room.
Overall horrible experience.
The owner of Bay Management and their team are arrogant and dishonest. Naomi and Hannah have made living there miserable. I would stay away from this building.
