Office Depot

This store is amazing. I had been to every store that might have what I was looking for, for a project I had been working on with no luck. I was greeted at the door by two people; a sales associate and the manager. They asked what I was looking for and I told them my ideas for a project. Both instantly went to work trying to find the things I was looking for and bringing them to me. (One even helped with my basket since I was holding a coffee) when I thought I had what I needed, they came up with a new idea to help me save money, then set me up with a few coupons and got me in touch with the printing department, explained my project to them and started that project. The printing person then was just as helpful and explained everything in detail and said he’d be looking out for my project so he could make sure it was made to the best possible quality. I’m positive he will. I was so satisfied with the quality of service I went around and shopped for a few other things that I really didn’t need, just because I was sure I wouldn’t get this level of customer service again from anywhere else! Everyone was fun, and excited with helping me on this that I couldn’t help but write this review. They made me an extremely satisfied customer and I will be going back for all my office needs. I even signed up for their rewards program because I want a reason to go back! If you are looking for anything that would fit in the category that Office Depot would carry, just save yourself the money, time and frustration of going anywhere else. Thanks again to the personnel who helped me today! :)

This is a roomy store that emphasizes customer service. I always get greeted when I walk in the store, and get escorted to the items that I am looking for.
Makes for a pleasant shopping experience.

I went to get ink for my printer. I knew the numbers, which was most helpful.
I was offered assistance immediately when I walked into the store.
He found the combo pack I needed, escorted me to checkout, and then asked if I needed paper.
Well, yes I do need paper. He told me about a special and then offered another special, if I bought three reams of paper.
I could do that. And then he went off to get it. And brought it right up to the register.
I don’t believe I’ve ever had such incredible customer service.

Gol, THIS Office Depot is a whole lot better on customer service than others I have visited.

The service at the copy and print shop was fantastic. They were kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. Erik was very helpful and got my order to me before I could even ask him when it would be ready! Will definitely go back. The online ordering was a bit complicated. Probably needs an update because it was slow and time consuming… but in the end, it went through.

Awesome service! Been here twice, and both times associates were falling all over themselves to make sure I was in good shape. Both times, I’ve been taken to the selection of for whatever it was I was shopping. Both times, the associate made sure I had access to the entire selection, and patiently waited to answer any questions. And, yet, neither time did I feel pressured.
Haven’t done extensive price comparison, but it feels like Office Depot offers better value vis-​a-​vis Office Max.
Location is a bit tough to access from Manchester.

This place always has what I need when I come here. I’ve bought resume paper, business cards, and even a framed photo of a beach-​house (random, I know). When I ordered my business cards, everyone was very helpful when showing me how to pick out a design and offering advice on what would look best. They have attentive employees at this location for sure.
