I planned on bringing donuts into work. Not a whole lot of options around me. I was concerned about this place because of all the bad reviews. The good reviews seemed«planted». Had no choice though. Went in with my elderly father around 7:30AM and it was a really good experience. A customer held the door open for my Dad. The clerk was nice. She asked my father«And what would *you* like, young man?» This business about there being hardly a bite of crème/jelly/whateva in their donuts. Hogwash. Plenty. The customer in front of us was kind of high-maintenance so we hung out and ate our donuts while my «work» order was being filled. They even brought it to our table. Very kind and hardworking folk. I’d say give ‘em a chance.

A few months ago I took my niece here and she was very excited to go. It was around 4:30 pm and when I got her unbuckled from her car seat and walked to the door we realized the door was locked. Very strange for 4:30 pm and no note on the door. As I drove off with my niece who was now heart broken I had my mother call to see what was going on. The girl on the phone had a terrible attitude and informed us that she was working alone and only the drive thru was open. That is ridiculous. They need to hire more employees and keep the lobby open. Or at least leave a note on the door. So I gave them time to clean up their act and decided to go during shark week for the shark bite donut. My boyfriend and I drove there and got out and once again the door was locked! No note or anything. No donuts on the trays, no staff in sight. We drove around the drive thru and it didn’t look open either. As we drove off I saw a boy inside with a rude look on his face. We decided to go to the ellisville location instead. Service wasn’t any better. No donuts available, one man working the lobby and the drive thru. Needless to say I wont be back any time soon.

Went to the drive thru at around 4pm. Service was extremely rude!!! So I parked and went inside to order our coffee. Still rude and disrespectful. Wrote FU on my cup. Afraid to drink it not knowing what they did to it. Will contact management tomorrow. Ugh!

I come here regularly to pick up doughnuts and coffee for work. I noticed that anytime after the morning, service is slow and the food and doughnut quality is not good. In the morning there are more customers so there are more workers and usually a manager on hand which increases quality and efficiency. In general, Doughnuts are stale and do not have much glaze or frosting. Lot of filled doughnuts like jelly or custard to not have much filling in them. Even in the morning, the doughnuts may be stale. Coffee is always decent. I won’t hype it up, but I like it. In summary, go in the morning lol

I’ve never had a good experience here. I waited months and decided to give them another go this morning. I went into the store and waited. And waited. And waited. No one ever came to the counter. The 2 women working were too busy gossiping to notice the doorbell or that I was standing at the counter for several minutes. Finally after near 5 minutes I left. Needless to say, I won’t be trying them out again. I can get coffee elsewhere.

I doubt I return to this location. We went through the drive thru, the employee(Tommie) had an attitude from the start, like we were bothering him. We felt rushed. He messed up our simple order.

Wahoo; I found the exact donut I was looking for! Normally when I go to DD locations they never seem to have what I want. I walked into this location and spotted an entire rack of Boston Cream donuts so I knew I was in the right place. I decided to order half a dozen donuts to share with some friends and now I know this is the location to meet all of our needs! The guys at the counter were quick and friendly which made me feel even better about my visit and I will be back!

It automatically gets 5 stars because it’s a DD. If you’ve never tried their coffee, you’re missing out. HOWEVER, this location generally has very slow service and the crème filled donuts do not have much filling. Also they tend to be out of most bagels and some donuts by mid-afternoon. P. S. — if you’re still reading a review of a DD, you’re probably crazy, but also be warned that this neighborhood is known for speed traps. Drive the speed limit! =)

We’ll see if the rebirth of Dunkin’ Donuts can survive at this location. I’m happy because I really do like their coffee. This is probably the closest location to me and its nice to see Dunkin’ Donuts move back into the St. Louis area. This location has only been open a few months and it is located in the old Dickey’s BBQ location which was previously Wendy’s for several years. Intersection of Mason and Manchester Rd just west of Barrett Station Rd. If you haven’t tried Dunkin Donuts in a while, you may be surprised. Its not just donuts anymore. They serve bagels and sandwiches as well.

This new location just opened. It is located in the former Wendy’s, then Dickey’s BBQ building. After leaving the Ellisville location with NO product, we were en route home, when we noticed the«NOWOPEN» sign. Turning left off Manchester is a beast, but we perservered. Now, the good news for us was — they HAD Vanilla Crème Donuts. The bad news was they were filled with less than one bite of crème, leaving a dry powdered donut. This is their sixth location opened, since the original one in Kirkwood. They must have decided to scale way down on spending when converting, as it has a thrift store feeling. Cheap chairs and wobbly tables.
