Two years ago I found Complete Tree Service doing research on the BBB website. I picked three companies that were all A+ rated and recommended by the bureau. All three companies came out and gave bids. Complete was the most competitively priced, quick and thorough. I needed work on a couple trees and they gave me a detailed description of what the trees would need to sustain a long life. They came on a day I was at work. When I came home I was amazed to find the trees exactly as discussed without any debris or leaves on the ground. This year I did nothing but place a phone call. They did exactly as before, it was easy and my yard and trees look beautiful.

I was very satisfied with them, from the initial phone call all the way through to the end of the project. What stood out is their courtesy, clarity with explaining our options and honesty. They were very responsive with call backs and emails, and clearly itemized everything on their quote with specific related pricing. We weren’t sure about moving forward with everything all at once, so having that list to refer to was great. The work was performed satisfactory and quickly, and I was impressed with the clean up. Good overall experience.

My husband and I bought an older home, and with that came older trees that weren’t properly cared for. We knew we had to remove all the problem trees, so we got a referral from a friend for Complete Tree Service. Not only were they punctual and professional, but also tidy. All debris, including grinding the stump, was removed. We now use them for any of our tree needs and would highly recommend them.
