I can’t give this business any stars. The service is only good when they are making the sale. The product seems to be made well (cabinets) but once they add cheap accessories (handle or soft close) the product looks like something purchased from Wal Mart. I truly regret making a purchase from this business. I would have been better off going to Loews and Home Depot. The service men were NEVER on time and joked about it! Like my time isn’t valuable??? the sales people in the manchester store are just that-sales people-they only care about making the sale and would LAUGH when I called with concerns. I know have cabinets that are loose (they swing wide open) when I asked about this I was told ‘thats how some of them come’…PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME AGGREVATION YOUR TIME AND HARD EARNED MONEY DOES NOT NEED TO GO TO THESE PEOPLE.

To be honest, I have not had them do any work for me yet. The customer service from Jennifer at Cabinets and Granite in Ballwin was terrific. I called to potentially have them come out and do some maintenance to my existing granite countertops and instead of sending out a guy, she gave me step by step what to do on my own. Very knowledgable and I plan on using them for a bar install in my basement in the near future.
Knowledgable employees and great customer service– can’t be beat!
