I left them a message last night but they didn’t call me back. I called them again mid-​morning. I spoke to a woman who told me that they only do repair work when it is their slow season — springtime. She went on to tell me that the water intrusion was probably just due to the wind. I would feel a lot more comfortable with a service call to conduct an actual analysis of the issue but she refused to schedule one and hung up on me instead.

Great Service Had them clean my Fireplace they were very prompt when they showed up they went right to work and when they were finished there was no mess at all in my house will use them again and highly recommend there service

Unreliable and poor service. After waiting around all morning for the crew to arrive I cancelled the appointment. Dispatch couldn’t reach the driver or give me a status but when I called to verify at 9 am day of they said I was the second job on the list and could expect them around 11. Never got an update after that and by 12:30 was tired of waiting around all morning.
