Absolutely the FINEST establishment for eyelash extensions ! Reisa has been performing this delicate and precise work for over 10 years in the Saratoga region. She uses only the most advanced methodology and top of the line materials available in the world today. Those who are really in the know go to her for their lashes. I would never go to anyone else!!!

I am new to the area and was in need of a Brazilian wax. This place had pretty good reviews so I decided to check it out. I was getting «sugaring» done for the past year but before that I was getting waxes pretty regularly. This place is very nice (a beautiful Victorian house) and the receptionist was very friendly. The lady who did the waxing, Reisa, was also very nice and made me feel comfortable. She also said she used hard wax in the more sensitive areas because it hurts less. (It did)
Now for the bad part… All of the other places I have been to have you roll over and «spread your cheeks» to get those terrible hidden hairs. (Which is pretty embarrassing at first, but worth it). She didn’t do this ensuring she got them all from the front (impossible). When I got home and did my little inspection, there were A LOT of missed hairs all over. The hard wax, though it hurt less, was also a lot less efficient at removing hair. Every other wax I’ve had done, the lady has also gone back with tweezers to get the strays that may have been missed (Reisa did not do this either). For the amount of money I paid ($ 75 plus tip), I feel that I shouldn’t have had to come home and tweeze to finish the job, and I will have to shave the other areas. I’m pretty disappointed and will not be returning for any more brazilian waxes.

Reisa is a very skilled esthetician. Her facials always leave my skin in much better condition, and she has helped me find the right skin care products that make a huge difference. I have also had eyelash treatments done by her, and they were amazing! She is the best at what she does, and takes great care and pride in her work.

Reisa took me in after a lash disaster and made me look good as new (even better!). I am pleased to say she was super friendly, and not at all annoyed that I’d made a blunder with my lashes. In fact, she was extremely sympathetic and happy to take my appointment even though she would be fixing someone else’s bad work. She told me about a time she’d gotten her hair done with disastrous results and had a hard time finding a salon to help her fix it, after which she vowed never to do the same thing to her customers. She was lovely and warm, and the lash extensions she gave me looked excellent, even though I didn’t have much to work with.
The spa itself is very clean and bright, smelled lovely and was inviting and comfortable. I can’t recommend Reisa and her spa too highly. Go there! You won’t be disappointed.

Stopped by Living Well last week for my first Brazilian of the season. The center is clean and quaint. The receptionist friendly. Reisa and I had a fabulous conversation during the treatment … and I have to say, it was one of the most painless waxes I’ve ever had done. She’s my girl for waxing from now on. Will be back to try some of the other offerings at the studio for sure.

If you are looking for the best facial ever, look no further. Reisa is the owner of this quaint spa in ballston spa. She is the best esthetian ever. Every year, my friends and I come up from nj for a weekend in saratoga, and it is a must for us to stop in to see reisa. She gives the best, most thorough facial ever. Every time I walk out of there, i feel like my face is glowing! Reisa knows her stuff and I have visited her with occasion difficult breakouts and she manages to clear them up every time. I have had great difficulty finding an esthetian that I trust but Reisa is the best around. I constantly beg her to move to NJ so I can get facials from her more than once a year. She’s the best EVER!
