Dirty salon with inattentive service and no clue about hygiene. After quite a few visits for waxing and nails, I won’t be back. My last visit gave me too much time to observe how the place is run. My niece and I were seated quickly as walk-ins for pedicures but then were ignored for nearly an hour. They could have just said to come back later, but no. I asked for a liner for the pedicure bath because it’s more hygienic, and most of that hour was spent with our feet propped on the edge of the baths because it took that long for someone to get the liners. After both of us getting rushed and sloppy pedicures, they tacked on an extra $ 5 for each liner, despite not notifying me of this up front. Annoying. And really they should be using liners for everyone at this point. Too much risk of infection. The water that they ran for people next to me had stuff floating in it. They use the dirty foot rags — the ones they use to wipe away all the cuticle cuttings and dead skin — to «clean» the basins between customers. The cursory spritz of dollar store windex doesn’t cut it and the jets obviously never get cleaned. So gross. Some of the staff are nice, but I am done with this place.

Arrived at opening time on Sunday for a pedicure and was left to wait in cold water for 30 minutes then received one of the worst pedicures ever. The technician used a drimal without asking then removed very little dry skin off feet and spent no time on my cuticles. Finally message was terrible and lasted less than 2 minutes. The paint job was just ok, I will never return and would not recommend. I could have done a better job at home and it was not even relaxing.

I visited this nail salon on a Saturday afternoon for what I hoped to be a relaxing mani/pedi, and left seriously disappointed. I was seated at a pedi station within five minutes, but then left to soak for nearly 40 minutes. Once the guy made it over to me, he was clearly rushing, constantly looking at the front door(although no one was waiting). Once being moved to a manicure station, he proceeded to provide the worst manicure prep I’ve ever received. I left with hangnails, uncut cuticles and rough ends. He had me wash my hands and then had a someone else do the paint portion, and I asked her to fix a few of the super rough areas at the ends of my nails. He came over to see what the issue was, and started shouting at her and basically saying it was fine, when it clearly was not. I went to this salon a couple of years ago while visiting for the weekend and had a similar experience, and last weekend I thought I’d give it another shot — but I won’t be returning after this. Also, I wasn’t even aware that they offered a «deluxe» service which I probably would have opted for if that meant a massage that consisted of more than a few quick squeezes. Even with cheap prices($ 40 total) I’d expect better service.

I went there today after someone had recommended them for a ANC manicure. I decided to head over around 2pm today and had hoped it wasnt too busy since it is Valentines Day and a Saturday. I walked in and they were able to start right away which was awesome and very convenient. It was the first time I had gotten the ANC so I was unsure of what to expect. The entire process was very quick and there is no drying time! Kenny was my nail technician and he was great. He took the time to make sure my nails came out perfect. I even made an appointment for 3 weeks with him again. They are also extremely well priced. Many places charge $ 40-$ 50 and they range from $ 30-$ 35 Overall, I would definitely recommend this salon. They were friendly, the salon was clean and its in a convenient location

Love Jane and Michael. I get ANC nails and they are perfect every time. I do make an appointment most times but have just walked in a few visits. Always nice and friendly. I love this place and have NEVER had a bad experience.

Rude! I walked in to fix my one nail I use for guitar and the manicurist was making fun of me to his client far our of earshot. «One nail, who gets one nail?» «How many fingers do you have?» Hah dude, I do. Guitarist use their nails to play. A whole new market you could tap if you weren’t rude.
