911 Restoration of Atlanta

#SteveFullsum of #911restorationofatlanta and #TImMoffitt should be ashamed of themselves. They took a check for pack out service of over $ 15,000, never provided these service or any of the actual restoration work nor will they respond to communications let alone return the funds. It’s almost Christmas. Our water damage happened back in July. Restoration??? It’s more like… Take the money and run.
The money to do the repairs themselves we still retain so repairs are about to begin with me acting as moving man and lead contractor subcontracting the work out myself as well as having to do some of the repairs myself. We are planning on taking them to small claims court. Whatever good that will do waits to be seen. It’s just not right.
I think they should return the phone calls from our insurance adjuster who has been trying to contact them for months and pay the insurance money back directly to the insurance company so that we can get the work done that they took the money for and haven’t.
