Poor customer service. Package was damaged(but repairable) en route and then returned to me. I didn’t have enough insurance on it but was told by management at the store that I could only collect partial insurance and take a total loss(they keep the item) or take nothing and retrieve my broken item. So in the end I’ve ended up paying them to break my item and return it to me… I could have had my 2 year old nephew do that for free! Last thing management said to me was take it or leave it nothing left to be said. Note: nothing in this review was false. I was the receiver and I have all the emails to prove the seller was treated poorly by Gerrit. I also spoke with him on the phone about this.
