Can I give it a 0? First of all… Horrible bedside manner! Not Cathy herself, but EVERYONE in the office. The nurses were the only people I enjoyed seeing. The midwives were terrible, the dr was blah and I’m pretty sure she messed up my sons circumcision. I was paying throughout my pregnancy every month, $ 75 to help offset the cost after having my son. The bills were still outrageous after all was said and done. They somehow failed to charge the correct insurance MULTIPLE times for my visits (I had 2 insurances and they always disregarded the second one) and for my son’s circumcision I was getting harassing bills and letters in the mail. Phone calls, etc. I gave them the correct insurance info but they kept trying to bill mine (when he is on my finaces insurance) and then it became an issue with time frame and not being able to be properly billed to insurance. There were SO many issues with this that, back in the fall someone in billing told me that we were not to worry about it and that it would be written off and we didn’t have to pay for it considering the issues we encountered. Well, fastforward to today… Still getting harassing mail sent to me from them about collections. Well I called them and MAGICALLY!!! There is no recollection of telling me that it would be written off. All she had to say was, why are you waiting until now to call? BECAUSE I JUST GOT MAIL SENT TO ME BECAUSE I MOVED OUT OF STATE AND MY MAIL WAS REROUTED INCORRECTLY FOR A MONTH AND I AM BUSY CHASING AROUND A 1 YEAR OLD! Get your shit together people. So happy to never have to deal with them again.
