Went to the Orchard for a wedding. Decent food, spacious place. Good selection of alcohol. A little spendy but you have to expect it from a place like this.

Really cool place to stop on the way to the lake! The atmosphere alone makes it worth stopping in, and the food had always been really great.

Very expensive for the amount of food and even then, the food was nothing to write home about. I doubt that we’ll ever return.

My wife and I got married at the Orchard Saturday Feb 7th2015, we had our wedding, reception, and dance in the barn and braeburn area. we couldn’t have asked for a better place to hold our wedding, Kristin, Jeff and the entire staff made our day perfect, if we needed anything they were on top of it immediately! the setting is wonderful. the old original barn and loft are a great place if you are having a wedding the size we had, we had around 100 people, they can handle bigger crowds as well. the braeburn is amazing, you have your own bar and bathrooms for your party. the food was incredible, we did a buffet style meal. all of our guests loved the enire setting, food, and coziness of the orchard, the regular bar and dining area is wonderful as well. the fireplace, setting area, bathrooms are very clean. we will definetly be visiting the the orchard again. thank you for making our day incredible! Pat and Bobbi!

The Orchard is a nice place. The building and gorgeous! The bar is wonderful and they have wonderful service. Their food is ok. Nothing great, nothing too special. But they are working on shaking up the menu to provide some unique things. I’d certainly give it a try. We’ve been there many times. The sports bar in the back is awesome to watch a game at!!!

$ 42 for a burger, fries, walleye fingers appetizer, and 2 beers. I’ve paid less in Milwaukee. Turns out fries are not included with burgers so we got charged $ 6 for fries.

Very nice staff… they welcomed our large group with open arms. I also like the fireplace. Food wise, it’s good. I had a walleye sandwich. It wasn’t overly breaded as they can be sometimes. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meals but nothing out of the ordinary. If I’m ever in the area, I’d eat there again.

I have been here a couple times now and overall this is a good place to eat I would say. They have a nicely decorated atmosphere inside and out. The food is a little pricey I thought for being a «Bar and Grill». That would be the only thing I would say hurts my rating for them. The menu has regular items to overpriced sandwiches and dinners in my opinion. The food tastes good though. They have plenty of parking, the restrooms are clean, and the service is OK. Not great, but OK. I would go back. Good place to bring to family or have a business meeting. Check them out if you are in the area.

Has a business dinner at the Orchard the first thing I noticed was how WELCOMING the staff was. They were super friendly knew exactly who I was meeting and brought me right to the table. It was medium busy at the time and I thought our waitress did a great job of keeping up and checking on us. I had a burger and it was just the right size to fill me up but not overdo it. It was prepared just right. The décor is super charming. Overall, just a pleasant place to be. If things work out and I am spending more time in Baldwin I think that Orchard will be a new place to hang out.

I drove 20 miles in the first big snow of the year just to eat here and I found it to be worth the drive, walked in to a huge warm fireplace and a friendly staff a nice big open area with high back booths and table throughout, this place would be great for your company party’s and or receptions I’m sure they have a banquet room as big as this place is, the waitress was very helpful helping us decide on what to get off this good looking menu I had the Cajun pork chops that were done perfect the only thing missing were some baked apples my wife had a steak that was tender and full of flavor it was our first visit and wont be our last, they also have a game room with darts and pool with a separate sports bar

This place is fairly new — on the site of a former greenhouse(and I’m guessing an orchard, too). It would be a great place for a wedding or event as they have fantastic grounds, a gazebo, a large banquet rooms, a big gameroom and you can climb the stairs up an old silo right that the facility is built around. Also impressive were the built-in beverage chiller-coasters in the bar to set your frosty mug on so it stays frosty a little longer. It’s about 40 minutes east of St. Paul just off I94 at the Baldwin exit and a must stop if heading to Eau Claire, the Dells, Mad City or Mowaukee. It was crowded when we stopped w/out reservations on our way to southern Wisconsin this summer, so there was a wait but there was lots to do and see during the wait. Definitely call ahead. I had a Peter K chicken sandwich — a fantastic chicken breast topped with Grannie smith apples, bacon, and Widmere cheddar. It was HUGE and delicious! Plenty on the menu I want to try: Cobb salad, steaks, ribs, prime rib on Fri/Sat, a real prime rib Phillie, vegetable lasagne. And Ellsworth(Wis) Coop fried cheese curds… chocolate bread pudding, apple cobbler. I can’t wait to go back. It’s a new take on the old school Wisco supper club — steaks and seafood plus some updated, contemporary fare; family owned and operated; plenty of room so it’s a destination in the community for events/special family occasions; and live entertainment on Fridays.
