Very skeptical about diners due to previous bad experiences but I live across the street and said why the hell not.
Went with my little cousin and got some ice cream it might seem strange until you try it. They had cotton candy ice cream I’m like ewww boo get away.
Until she said try it I was like yes call me crazy. I love cotton candy in its original form and now in ice cream form. They had at try it lol.

And you feel like your in home town Restant !
And they have amazing desserts
Such as ice cream Sunday’s !
And for munchies the have mozzarella sticks
All kinds delicious foods all in one lovely restaurant!

Baldwin location very convenient to get too. Today was very quiet compared to lunch time hours. Staffing very friendly. New menu selection such as the chili sweet chicken was very delightful not too hot. Unsweetened tea a plus when ordering.

I came for a brownie sundae with my bf and while we were waiting I smelled burnt brownies from our tables… So I said to my bf «that better not be my brownie» (which I was joking about) and when I got the sundae and tasted the brownies they were burnt !! The whole place smelled like burnt brownies, I can’t believe they still gave it to me like that. I don’t recommend this place at all.

There are not that many around anymore. The food is good and reasonably priced. Service has been good on occasion and so so on others. They just need to watch the door as customers coming in are not ignored. But I have never had bad or rude service. I would go back

Constant, reliable tastiness. It can get a bit busy in the evenings for dinner (the parking lot sucks) but even still, we’ve never waited more than 30 seconds for a table. I prefer breakfast/​brunch/​lunch here — it’s never busy and we always get decent food. And — no joke — the coffee is always great. We much prefer it to IHOP or any diner in the area. I had to laugh when one reviewer (a realty company? Really?) lamented the lack of extra waitstaff on the day of her 5-year-old’s graduation. Baaaahhaaaaaa. Get over yourself. Yes, management should have had that day circled on the ‘ol calendar, along with Boxing Day and Diwali (look it up). I’ll be back, but not when realty girl is duking it out with the other patrons. Go rent a hall for the big commencement lady.

I have been to this location before and gotten poor service, but I went back tonight with a friend and had a perfect visit! Tianna our server was very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive and funny. The restaurant itself was cleaner and more organized then usual. My friend had ordered a Honey Chipolte Melt sandwich and the fries came out cold, so Tianna made sure that new fries came out right away, which were hot and crispy. I tried the new pulled pork platter, and found it to be excellent! Our desserts came out quickly and were totally delicious, I highly recommend the new Smores Ice Cream flavor. A vast improvement in service and food quality from my last visit at this particular location. Well done team Baldwin and thanks again for your excellent hospitality Tianna, you rocked!

This place shouldn’t even get a STAR. My family and I went here after my 5th year old son’s graduation and it was the worst. I never sat down in a restaurant and then got up and walked out until last friday afternoon. The whole place was up side down. You had one guy bussing table while seating and cashing out customers. There was no sign in sheets to see who came in first at the host desk. The guest almost came to blows in regarding who was there first. The place is also filty and there was only 3 people working on a day when Graduation is going on in the city one of which is our friend I mentioned before. You would think they would have enough staff to handle the crowd, but I guess not. I’ve been here before and it wasnt bad, but you saw signs of «SLOPPY MANAGEMENT». The only reason it got a STAR was because of my previous visit. HIRE MORE FOLKS CLOWNS

Interesting staff this Friendly’s had, seem as if they were anything but.
My sister and I visited this place a couple of months back and received interesting service. I immediately knew what I wanted, their soft pretzel bacon burger which was ultimately smashing, however my sister on the other hand needed to take her time. The young lady at the register seemed very impatient, began rolling her eyes. Just seemed unpleasant.
Good Burger though!
