Blackhawk Garage Door

Called to have garage door fixed. It would not open. Called and guy said he could send someone out to take a look at it. Asked him to make any repairs if under $ 150 and bill me as I was not home. Came home to garage door not fixed and no more saying they were there or anything. I tried to call them and no answer. So I called another company and the guy came out within an hour. He looked at the door and said it was a $ 30 part and will take 5 minutes to fix it. 5 min later and $ 90 later (part and labor) he was on his way and the garage door working like it should. Long story short, a week later the guy from Blackhawk calls me and tells me that they came by and looked at the garage door and indicated that it could not be fixed and it needed to be replaced. He quoted me several hundred dollars. I have not called him back. Wtf?
