PROS: The plumber called me 45 minutes before he was scheduled to arrive just to confirm. The plumber did indeed arrive within the 1 hour timeframe. Marco was courteous.
CONS: $ 235 for 40 mins. 10 mins of that was spent declining an upsell of $ 1900. Was asked to make the check out to CASH. I much prefer to make checks out to the businesses I hire. I noticed after he left that my receipt says NO WARRANTY (he should have told me that before he began the repair).
I like supporting local businesses so I gave this company a try. Will try another one next time.
