Peppinos Pizza

Absolutely disgusting. order delivery got my wedge bread was gross and meat balls were microwaved… got another wedge with the same order and there was nothing on it. I would give them no stars but that’s not an option. never eating their food again.

peppinos was originally on 241^st and white plains rd in the bronx… they had some of the best pizza in the area… never the less the owner has zero personality and is very unfriendly and the pizza is no longer what it was. also served me a bad cheese calzone which he said was impossible because he just made. i left it on the table and walked out… i would never return again as there are better pizzarias in the area with nicer people and better customer service.

Hands down the best pizza place in Mahopac/​Somers. The buffalo chicken pizza is out of this world. Eat in/​delivery/​pick up, you won’t regret eating here!

Go for the grandma’s pizza. It’s yummy!

I have lived in the area for about a year now and on some Friday nights I work late and I drive past 3 pizza places including this one. I usually stop here because its the closest to my house. The pizza isn’t really anything to talk about but I went here for the convenience factor. The men behind the counter are never nice which is surprising since they are a customer service based business. I have NEVER been greeted with a Hello, Hi, smile or a simple friendly acknowledgement and I have been here atleast 10 times. I understand they are a busy place and probably have a large customer base but by now I should be somewhat familiar. I usually get a plain slice to go, nothing fancy. The prices at this place are ridiculous and honestly not even worth it. Tonight when I was charged 50 cents for a side of Parmesan cheese that is normally free they lost my business. It wasn’t just the cheese it was a culmination of poor customer service, mediocre food and price gouging. If I was to eat in then it would have been free. The guy «cut me a deal» because my usual ~2.65 every other time I have came went up to $ 3.34 and I brought three dollars with me. Its a shame that they are not more customer driven. I love supporting local businesses. I guess I will have to try the other places on my home now.

Great all around pizza and service. We go their with our kids and do take out. Coming from Brooklyn, this is very close to the stuff we grew up on across the street. Great pizza and rolls!

Food is just ok. Pizza is very good. Biggest problem I have with this place is the owners son. How bout a smile and a thank you once in awhile. Its not my fault your working in a pizza place. Be proud of it and make it yours. Your father (whom I’ve know from way back in his Bronx days) at least makes you feel welcome. This isn’t the only pizza place in town. Scheeesh!!!

2 things that i look at when it comes to pizza joints. Wether the food is good but also how are the people that are serving the food. Honestly there pizza is ok ehh not bad. I’ll eat it. But I’ve never encountered sucha bunch of arrogant rude people. Wont be back there until they get there stuff straight. Maybe learn how to talk to your customers.

Worst service ever! Waited 45 minutes to find out my pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet after being told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I questioned if my pizza was in the oven the «gentleman» behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. Asked what I expected, they were busy. I guess they don’t need my business. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone

Peppinos it excellent whether you’re taking out or eating in. I love the huge chicken parm dinner that comes with bread, salad and pasta. As the ultimate guilty pleasure I highly recommend the cheeseburger pizza. It’s worth the calories!

This place has awesome Italian food, great pizza as well. My favorite dish is the fried calamari. The staff is always friendly and they get the food out really quick. Definitely recommend

Wedges are good too but often need more sauce.

Giving this pizzeria 3 stars based on the specialty slice qualityt. However the subs that they advertise are so boring and plain its ridiculous I had the worst chicken parm wedge of my life. No cheese and the chicken cutlet was thinner than a anorexia patient… Never again.

Definetly not the best pizza in Westchester LOL but it is the best in the area and god damn good pizza. Super fast service too they know how to move a big crowd. great lunch specials too… Delicious!

Best Pizza in Putnam/​Westchester. Try the «Grandma Style», out of this world.
