Love this Starbucks! Super fast service & my order is always correct. Roxie is the greatest, she is always so warm and welcoming! Thank you Roxie & Starbucks!

Love Starbucks in BP!!! Roxie and Matt are the best! Roxie is always smiling and is so bright. Matt is always so friendly and talkative, I love coming here and getting the best service.

Love this place and the morning crew. The ingress and exgress are particularly easy especially if you have to head towards downtown. Drive thru is a breeze and always a delight to see Roxie big smile every day.

This is for the location next to McDonald’s in the town center. This location needs new management. I drive extra far to avoid this disappointing location. When I do come in, my macchiato will always be made upside down and come out like warm. They make it upside down here because they are lazy. And the manager has a bad attitude. A very bad attitude. ROXIE need to be let go.

I’m a huge Starbuck lover. I love my coffee especially first thing in the morning. It’s nothing compared to fresh brewed coffee made at home. For being a huge company you would use their brains and figure out how to avoid there long lines in drive thru. Maybe like McDonald’s did (some). And then where there drive thru is located is even worse. Right in front of a Denny’s restaurant. I mean we literally have to go around some cars to avoid blocking their ways. Ugh! The customer service inside is not bad but slow. I understand it’s more at its peak around 8:15 am-​9am but use your head and hire more people.

This Starbucks need to hire more people… Friendly people! Gets busy in the morning with only two baristas available! They should hire more so we could see smiling faces in the morning! Service comes with the cost of an expensive drink — so at least make it a better service! And people telling you to shut up because you have to post a review about the place just violates your 5^th amendment! Haha! That’s why we have the right to review these places – haha!

This place sucks ass the supervisor is a rude smartass and the drinks didn’t taste good what’s so ever I guess it doesn’t take all whole lot to be a supervisor at Starbucks

If I could give it a zero stars I would of. This place is always out of something cups, whip, lids, caramel… Etc… Miss the original staff just not friendly anymore!

5 stars because of the Gentleman names Ray (curly hair). He knows exactly what light ice means and is very understanding on taking complicated orders. He does not give Attitude like all the staff with the exception of 2 or so. I just ordered my drinks around 10:30pm and he is got it down perfectly. Someone should really consider promoting the dude.
Will be coming again to this one.

This is fking fake place! I went there and there is just houses. Who the fk make this address became a Starbucks???

I frequent this Starbucks drive thru and I’m surprised by so many negative reviews when I’ve had great and exceptionally friendly service here every time! They have never messed up my order and I can always count on this location to have all their sandwiches and pastries in stock whereas some busier Starbucks run out. They even remember to ask me if I want my drink hot or iced. No complaints here!

Okay so the people here are great except one person… the girl with the wing tattoos. She has an attitude everytime we go there and she doesn’t really ummm bring a friendly vibe to place. Every time we go there we hope shes not working. Other than that everyone else is fantastic!

Try a Venti black ice tea with four shots of espresso, room for sweetener and coconut milk. Delicious!

Once upon a time, this used to be my go to spot. I would grab a drink and lounge around to study. I mean, coldest AC in the county.
I see people who come here bring blankets and a pillow. I mean, I know it’s convenient but that’s just crazy. The last 6 times I’ve been here, they messed up my drink. its iced black coffee, that’s it with no sugar or cream. How hard is that? Still. It’s a beverage they can’t perfect. Come here if you have to, otherwise go to West Covina. It’s worth the drive for a specific beverage. YOLO!

I bet this place would’ve been an average Starbucks store if it wasn’t for the incompetence of the employees. They forgot my order and didn’t show feeling bad about it. It wasn’t even that busy. Then it was the wrong drink (ordered a crème frap but received something else).
I wish I saw the name tag of the supervisor so I could put it on here.

I usually go to this location after work, but lately the service has gone down.
Yesterday, I receive a drink with a ring of caramel drizzle. It tasted gross and was almost undrinkable.
The staff was laughing when they handed me a drink. I wasn’t feeling well, so didn’t notice until we had already pulled out of the lot. I feel like staff is slacking and just making jokes at customers’ expense.

Technically, they can’t really mess up my order because I ordered a Venti Dark Roast, but I was fairly annoyed at the fact that I had to stand in line for so long because they only had one register running at this location on a Saturday morning and they see that there is a line going out the door.
Otherwise, this location is conveniently located in a big shopping plaza near the 10 freeway with drive through available. There’s also a large table inside this Starbucks location that can accommodate larger parties. Really wish they can pay more attention to the people standing in line and open another register when the line is going out the door.

If I could give this Starbucks a 0 star I would… or even a negative star. This is the worst Starbucks I had ever been to. Like pervious Unilocalers mention, the employee here have a huge attitude problems, don’t greet but when they do, you can sure tell they hate their job (I don’t know how they got hire with those type of attitudes) and the service is really awful and SLOW.
First time I came here with my boyfriend, they couldn’t even get a dark roast pour over right. They added expresso to make the coffee ‘dark’ and when my boyfriend asked if they added expresso because he strictly asked for a pour over, they denied it and they re-​made the pour over, which mean we had to wait even more.
Second time I came here with my bf, he order his usual (tall dark roast coffee), he gave the cashier $ 2 in 8 quarters and she had to count it multiply time, and then she said he owe like 6 cents more. In the end, she ended up giving us back the more changes then what he ‘owe’.
I rather drive a couple more minutes to a different Starbucks with better service and vibe.
Honestly, this Starbucks need help…

Not to complain, but if you mess up on an order, shouldn’t one apologize and try to make it right, instead of being nonchalant about it?
It’s a hit and miss with this location. If you get a friendly barista, then you are in luck. great service, and you will get your drink right the 1^st time… BUT, if you get one of those «whatever» employees… expect to wait, and you might get the wrong order.

There are seasoned baristas! My drinks are always made correct and the staff is friendly and allows me to reload my card at the window even though I’m holding up the line or if I need to add on drinks which is the most annoying thing to do! It’s never a problem even durring Rush hour mornings. They know all regulars by their first name basis… When there is a line in drive thru I walk inside and the line is usually shorter so lazy people walk inside it’s faster!
