HEREALLYDESERVESNOSTARS. I placed an order with him, he gave me a confirmation number. He texted the day before to schedule an earlier drop off time. The drop off time came and went. He never answered a call on either his cell or warehouse number. He didn’t answer a text or show up. Luckily I found another rental place that squeezed me in and my party went on without the help of Mr Inept Juan’s Jumpers. I hope this review saves a lot of people the heartache of having to scramble to fix the mess his poor business practices cause. Please don’t be taken in by his too good to be true prices because odds are he won’t show.

Such an incompetent company! NEVEREVEREVERUSETHISCOMPANY! Spread the word. Long story short, I had ordered tables and chairs for our baby shower and was promised by Juan himself that he would be able to deliver them at 7:30am the day of the party. Party started at 2pm. 7:30am rolls around and they are no where to be found. 9am and no one has contacted me about the 1.5 hrs they were late. I called and no one picked up. I texted and no reply. 1pm rolls around and no one can be found. The least they could’ve done was call or even txt if he was afraid to speak to someone that was really pissed off to let me know that they could’nt make it so that I can make arrangements with another more competent company to rent from. I ended up having to contact a local vendor and order from them and pick them up since it was 30mins before the party started. You can imagine the stress! Such an unprofessional company. Thats what you can expect to get from someone that is a young owner. Does not know the meaning of customer service or professionalism. I would NEVER recommend them. The boy that owns it has a facebook page and will be spread over the web as an incompetent company. I would’nt give them ANY stars, but it would not let me leave the rating blank.

NEVEREVEREVEREVERUSE Juan’s Jumpers!!! I have never had a WORSE experience with a business in my ENTIRE life. BEWARE! I still can’t even get over the rudeness of the entire ordeal. Here goes the long story: I was in charge of planning a BBQ for my company and needed to find a grill to rent. I found Juan’s ad on Craigslist. He was offering a good deal on a gas grill so I called/e-mailed for more info. I got connected to Juan himself and we set everything up about 1 week prior to BBQ for delivery on Sat at 10.30am. I gave address, cross streets and a MAP of the park and exactly where in the park our picnic shelter was at. I then confirmed by e-mail on Thursday to which Juan replied«Everything set and ready for you guys got the map will give it to our driver when he is on the way.» Fast-forward to Saturday, the day of the picnic. My boss and I arrive at picnic shelter to set up at 10.00am. Then 10.30am(delivery time) comes and goes and I get nervous. I call Juan’s cell a number of times(no answer) and even send a few texts(no response). At about 10.45am I find the number to the warehouse and call. Thank goodness someone answers. I explain the grill is late and I just want to know if it’s coming, how long it’ll be, or if I need to figure something else out. He asked me to hang on, and I hear him speaking with another employee there. After about 1min he again asks me to hang on but sounds nervous and then *click, call is ended. I immediately call back thinking we were just disconnected, but no answer. I then realize that the employee HUNGUP on PURPOSE. Completely unprofessional, I don’t know how they still have a business! I alternate calling Juan’s cell and the warehouse till 11am at which point I realize Juan and his employees are avoiding me and they will never answer or call back. The CEO of our company has to go out and buy a charcoal grill DURING the BBQ and then has to of course assemble it. The entire situation was a nightmare especially because it was one of the first events I’ve planned at my company and I ended up having to send the CEO out to buy and assemble a grill and everyone was starving by the time we actually had food ready. I called & e-mailed Juan and the warehouse after the whole thing and still NEVER received an explanation, or call, or e-mail. If Juan or someone would have just called or even picked up a single phone call to offer an explanation then I probably wouldn’t have written this review, but I didn’t even receive that courtesy. Again I repeat, NEVEREVEREVER use Juan’s Jumpers. tl;dr: 1. Ordered grill 2. Never came 3. Called a million times, got hung up on and ignored 4. Company BBQ mayhem 5. Never even got a call or e-mail back as to why
