Found their ad on Craigslist, called, got quote, showed up on time and repaired the difficult drain as needed with no upsell. I will use them again if needed. Highly recommend.

I had John go inspect a possible leak under a home my wife were looking to buy. I explained to him over the phone that I needed someone to go under the home and figure out why there was wet soil. I also told him that i was near the closing of Escrow and I needed him to put his findings on paper so that I could present it to the home seller. He never entered the crawlspace (under the home) like he said he would. He simply removed the metal screen protector and looked inside using his flashlight. He noticed wet soil under the home but wasn’t sure where the leak was coming from. He confirmed the leak by checking the running meter on the street. I asked him to put his findings on paper so I could present it to the seller as soon as possible. He said he would have it ready for me the next morning and that he would email it to me. I paid him $ 80. I didn’t hear from John the next morning like he said I would so I called him and texted him several times, but never got a response.
My realtor got an email from John the following day.
