I don’t understand why it took 15 minutes to take care of 3 cars in front of me on the drive thru but I had to wait 9 minutes before the took care of me. I saw there were only 3 staff but I expected approximately 5 minutes for pick up per customer. This was not the first time I’ve waited while there were no other customers but they look busy. I think customers service is first and whatever task they have can wait. I’m seriously considering changing pharmacy even though I’ve been coming here for 6 years.

I used to really like coming here and more often because there was a Chase ATM machine but just recently I walked in and saw that the Chase machine was gone and replaced by an independent ATM. I needed cash so I used it anyway(I really hate using non Chase ATMs because the machine charges you a fee that one is $ 3 and I get charged $ 2 fee from my bank I end up spending $ 5 extra for whatever amount I take out). Now I am going to reconsider coming to this CVS because of this.

This place is only good as a pharmacy, I made the wrong choice of trying to print ONE photo here which took forever(35 min) when I selected«few second print.» The two machines are old and filthy. I’m EXTREMELYDISSATISFIED! I was told to try again after waiting for so long and wasting my time, that’s ridiculous.

This cvs used to be good. Pharmacy curb side was quick in getting my prescription, but now I have to wait a long time. I have been here several times and each time I have to wait and i am at the window already and I still have to wait. Not very happy. But at least I got my rx right. They need to speed up their service.

Overall, like all CVS Pharmacy, you get the same things, same service, and almost identical store. This CVS has careless employees. I’ve seen the same ones working here for years. But, either they don’t care about their job, or are tired of their job. Last time I was there, I bought something for under $ 20 and wanted cash back of $ 40.00… and since I was rushing to get to my next destination, I forgot to take the money. The clerk forgot to give it to me. When I got to the next store, I realized I never took the $ 40, so I went back. That clerk was not apologetic at all. As a matter of fact, she never smiles. I see her all the time; she appears to be a very unhappy individual. We do visit the pharmacy a lot to get my husband’s medicine, and everyone there(and as busy as they are) are all very friendly.

I was just in here and the cashier mistakenly rung up 5 items instead of 4. I informed her and she said, «no I didn’t, what’s $ 9×4… $ 39 so it’s correct». Me: What!!! Rude ass cashier: oh I mean $ 36 plus tax is $ 39. I look at her name tag and it says store manager under her name, Linda. She looks like the grouchy old hag that she is. Totally surprised by her rude ass demeanor I say out loud… Incredibly rude, are you really the manager? And she replies, yes but I still didn’t charge you extra. Bitch you implied I didn’t know simple math instead of just saying that you took out the last extra item that you scanned. Obviously CVS gives away their manager positions to just about anybody.

I don’t know why there is so much hate here. I find the service fast and professional as with nearly all CVS I’ve been doing. Seems like people just like to only complain.

Visited this store a few times and noticed there is always a LONG line, as there is only 1 register opened at any giving time. Ordered some photos online with same day pick up service. Only to found out the pictures(49 copies) were all cut incorrectly, people’s head were cut off from the top edge. I checked the original file and the online album again, the pictures look prefect… The staff insisted it was my fault and unwilling to check their file or offer any help. The manager did processed the refund, but it was totally waste of my time. I should have sent it to Walgreens or Costco!

CVS, My name is Carlos Aguilar and I’m a longtime customer of CVS Pharmacies. I’m writing to inform you of a procedural problem that plagues your CVS stores nationwide. I’m hoping you might provide some rationale and settle my troubled mind. My local CVS has 5 cash registers but customers are required to stand in one line that feeds into the five. This is a problem for at least two reasons: 1) this system leads to confusion and 2) wastes time. Since the vast majority of supermarkets utilize multiple lines for multiple registers, it should come as little surprise that your customers are tempted to head for the register with little or no line. This reasonable action, though, is likely to be met with the frustrated grumblings of people standing in ONE long line(often snaking into one of the neighboring aisles). Arguments, in my neighborhood at least, are sure to follow. Additionally, precious seconds are wasted when customers are(sometimes) required to walk the length of the store to the next available register. Doesn’t it make most sense to line up in front of the register of your choice? Aren’t you robbing the average customer of a long-standing American tradition: Guessing which cashier moves the fastest? While the DMV uses your method its clear they are exacting some perverse revenge on the taxpayers. Why CVS adopts similar methods is beyond me. Please help me understand. I’d also take a 12 pack of Pepsi as I was forced to leave CVS without my drug of choice(caffeine) because of a potential brawl with some local bikers intent on policing your ONELINE policy. Sincerely, Carlos Aguilar

The speed bumps, could they be any taller? It feels like I’m going over curbs onto sidewalks. This isn’t in the most savory of areas, but it’s convenient for where I’ve been working the past week. The place is pretty large and they have a good deal of sale items, but some of the items look questionable in terms of quality and freshness. I can’t help but wonder how long some of them have been on the shelves. The worst part of this place is the line. I’ve been here 4 times and not once did I wait in line less than 7 minutes. Ridiculous.
