They gave me a huge window of time when they would show up. I had to run some errands, so I asked if they could call me 30 min before so I could make my way home. Got a call, and the guy sounded upset that I wasn’t home. He admitted that he did see in his notes that he was supposed to call me 30 min before arriving. I told him I would be there in 10 – 15 min. He said he was leaving if I didn’t show up in 15 min. When I got there, he was pacing in my front yard, parked in my driveway (there was plenty of street parking mind you). He comes in, takes a look at my attic entrances, and says we won’t go into the attic. He has to send someone else. I ask when, and he is very defensive about it saying maybe tomorrow. Bottom line, he had a bad attitude the entire time, and didn’t get the job done. I would definitely look elsewhere for your air conditioning needs.
