Bertha Dominguez – A Tax Service

A friend recommended Bertha Dominguez and we had great service. The staff is friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new place to file their taxes. I will be coming here every year from now on.

I stop in here by accident on a Saturday afternoon. I ran into a lady Bertha and her daughter. I needed a letter notarized as I was waiting I had a very long conversation with her and her daughter they are amazing woman and they gave me the best service. Thank you for taking the time out to Notorized my letter on your day off. God is good always brining Godly people in my life. I’ll be back to do my taxes.

Horrible pricing and service. I will definitely not be coming back. Do not recommend at all.

If your coming here for help, think twice. Before we sat down she explained to us how we are filing, and basically how we has no say in how we would file. Rude is a understatement. We actually got up and walked out.

I went to this company for 3 straight years. Now I realize I might spend the next few years expecting to get a letter from the IRS every time I open my mailbox. Their prices are unbeatable, but the old adage «You get what you pay for» rings true. For the past 3 years, Gina Dominguez sat down with me, and went over a list of all my deductions for a solid 15 minutes. Today I sat across from my new accountant who informed me that she didn’t even file the additional deduction form. Do not use these guys. If you want to save money you’re better off using turbo tax. Or, just pay the extra money for a real accountant, which will likely pay for itself in a better return.
This is fast food tax preparation. They’re cheap, they’re fast, and they’ll leave you in bad shape in the long run.
