This place is A joke the workers in the office beside the girl are big nasty sloppy lazy And rude .We left this place because we seen A big rat on the unit across from mine I reported to office and they said oh well nothing we could do about it. My friend also left this place cause he had rats in his unit .He also told them about it and nothing was done. He also had problems with staff cause He said someone was trying to break into his unit and nothing was ever done. The big dirty sloppy guy who claims to be the manager acts real though with customers and tells everyone he will throw them out if they don’t like it .Last time I went in to ask A question and all they were doing were dropping the f bomb until I told them do you m8ndbMy kid is hear he was just feeding his big face while I was asking A question this place is A joke the staff needs to go trust me this place is all bad

I have no problem with any of the office staff, they have been great! Including Freddie who was very kind in speaking with me. The problem I have is with the owners of this place. When you have a long-​standing customer that you suddenly evict without any warning, which forces them to scramble/​take time off of work/​physically get hurt, it makes no sense business-​wise! I have friends and business contacts that ask me where I store my stuff and you can bet I wouldn’t ever recommend them using your facility. There is a rodent and bug infestation in the units and it doesn’t appear that anything is done to prevent them. I will own up to the fact that I made late payments and that was the reason behind the eviction. Yes, it is my fault and they have every right to do with their property what they will. I just wish I would have been approached earlier and I would have made it a priority to make automatic payments. The reason I was late so frequently was that I just plain forgot about it! Honestly, I have found a much better place that is well-​kept and a lot cheaper! So, I guess I just have to end with saying thank you for introducing me to a better business :)
