I own a condo in Philly and lease it out. My tenants had bed bugs and were going crazy. They didn’t know what to do. Luckily I called Northeast Exterminators and couldn’t be more thrilled because their service was exceptional and they got rid of their pest problem! I highly recommend this company!

I got home the Friday before Memorial Day to discover a hornet’s nest had appeared on my garage door. Decided I would rather let a professional handle it than risk getting stung, but I was thinking I would never hear back from anyone on a holiday weekend. Left a message around 4pm and got a call back about an hour later. They came out at 8am the next day to take care of it!

We thought we might have termites in our basement. The receptionist I spoke with was very helpful and made an appointment for someone to come out the very next morning. The representative that came out to our house was Mike. He was on time, very nice and seemed quite knowledgeable. Mike was able to determine that we did not have a termite issue and he provided a full inspection of the basement at no charge. I will certainly go with this company for any future needs.

John was our rep who came out when we were buying a new building. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He told us he has over 25 years of experience. He also let us know what we should spend our money on, and where we would be wasting money. He came on time, and even called a day ahead to confirm the appointment. I highly recommend this company.
