Would actually give this store/employees a higher store rating if possible. After having a bad experience at another location, I actually chose this location to stop in and ask a simple question. Not only did all employees, especially John and manager Aerial, answer my question, they did not let me leave until I was comfortable, which ended up taking 2.5 hours of John’s time. Showed me how to do everything that I asked of him and then some. Wonderful service. Best customer care received by any AT&T employee, and I have been a customer for 15 years. I suggest to ANYONE that if you need help with AT&T, PLEASE go see these people. I guarantee you will NOT be disappointed.

This store has been open for quite awhile but isn’t listed on Unilocal.My experiences have been wonderful each time I have gone there. In particular, I want to acknowledge Keith Thompson, retail sales consultant, at this Bala Cynwyd store. He was extremely helpful, thorough, unusually patient, supportive, friendly and knowledgeable helping me with my recent iPhone5 upgrade. Thank you Keith!
