Worst appointment day i ever had in this place. On my previous appointments, they were so attentive and quick. I checked in today at 0920 for my 0945 appointment. Service was so slow. I approached the front desk at 1005 to check for how long do i need to wait since i saw a patient who just came in, waited for less than 5mins and was called already. The other front desk asked me if i signed the follow up form, I said no since nobody is communicating or informing me what’s going on. She then asked the other girl if she checked the log in sheet and she said no. I finally filled up the ff-​up paper and waited again to be called. Can’t believe i was sitting at the waiting area for 55mins to be exact. But in fairness to Dr Sarrafian who is thorough and very professional, he saw me right away after I stepped in inside the examination room. I don’t have issues with staff taking my vital signs and scheduling my next appointment, Maricruz and Edwin. They processed my discharge quickly.

I told her no since there was no communication at all among the staff and nobody gave me the paper. They are not checking the log in sheet often. They should be more responsible and organize on what they are doing.

Average urgent care. I walked in after hurting my wrist, and was taken care of relatively quick. I waited approximately 40min-​1hr to be seen. They took x-​rays and got me out of there within 20 minutes. Nice people work there

I been coming to the physical therapy department and Justin and Liza are two of a very fun people and of course very helpful when it comes to getting better. They treat every body individually and with respect. They are very knowledgable at their field of work. Thanks guys.

Typical medical walk in place only came here for a DOT check took 2 hrs from check in time to leave staff and drs are all nice but wait could be a lot better
