These guys are as slow and ineffective as anywhere I’ve ever been. Next time it will be quicker for me to drive across town and get a trailer. They’re the WORST!!!

I reserved an auto transport to move a disabled vehicle. The trailer was ready as promised, I picked it up first thing in the morning. The equipment was good, the people were nice also. I would recommend someone to give these people a chance. And I hope not to go back, but my car breaks a lot, so in the words of Arnold– I WILL BE BACK!

Reserved an in town uhaul for the same day and I canceled an hour later. I was threatened with a $ 50 cancelation fee. Which is more than the rental. What a bunch of ******. As of now they haven’t charged but are seeing if they can «override the policy». How can I cancel within 24hrs on a same day reservation? You disgust me. Acting like you are bound by some policy to charge me. Get *ucked

ED’s U-​HAUL HELPED MAKE OUR MOVE EASY! Sundance and his colleagues went the extra mile to provide us with top notch service! They staff was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional as they assisted us on the telephone. They were kind enough to to email a summary and order confirmation for the truck and equipment rental. The process of reserving, picking up, and returning the rental equipment was EASY and PERFECT! The trucks at Ed’s U-​Haul are well maintained and clean; the equipment looks new! We plan on renting from Ed’s for on future moves.

Why only one star? There’s no option for ZERO stars! An absolute useless dump.
I can’t comment on the truck rentals, I only went in for several sized boxes and tape. As for the «useless» part, they only carry a small selection of boxes, and not many of them either. We needed four of their flat screen TV boxes, about $ 90.00 each according to U-Haul’s website. They had none. We needed several 24″ wardrobe’s, they were out. We needed several rolls of clear box tape, they don’t carry the clear. (In my experience the brown is susceptible to heat and loses it’s ability to stick)
As for the «dump» part, City Code Enforcement and an insurance investigator would have a field day there! Ceilings ready to fall in, exterior siding of raw wood, leaking plumbing, empty pallets strewn about, (another customer tripped rounding the corner, sales person just laughed)
I had to stop at Home Depot for my boxes and tape making the stop at this U-​Haul a complete waste of time. I’ve been to the others and have found a great selection and wonderful customer service but this location is a tad too hillbilly for me.
