This place is very very Good shipping store I’ve ever used. They are friendly and professional here. Just drop off my Amazon returning packages without waiting. I was in and out very quickly. Very helpful !!!

As a Vivint Solar employee, I visit the UPS store to design and print flyers for all of our advertising needs. I’ve made friends with G Riar, the store owner, and everyone has been very kind and helpful. If you’re looking for personal customer service, definitely stop by this place.

I had a very good experience. The parking lot is atrocious, but there was a fellow at the door to open it for me as my hands were full. He was very quick & efficient, and even asked if I had Triple A, so I could qualify for a discount.
It’s not cheap, so I traded cash for convenience. I was very pleased with the service overall.

This is the closest UPS drop off location in relation to my office. I’ve been here a few times dropping off Zappos and/​or Amazon returns. The parking lot is terrible but once you make it in the door the employees are friendly and efficient. They have plenty of boxes and other shipping accessories.
As with most UPS stores the USPS prices are outrageous, but that’s not the reason I stop in.

Keep this in mind when you go to this store:
The UPS Store is not in any way affiliated with UPS, don, t be fooled by the name. They are a franchise that will allow you to drop off you package and pay to have it shipped via UPS.
They refuse to take responsibility for the damages they caused to our shipment, then proceeded to send it to the incorrect address, where it was then lost. This is a very very very short version. So 350 something bucks down the drain later, they refuse to let us speak to their manager, and will not try to find the box, compensate us for the damages, or even talk to us at all.
DONT USE THE UPS STORE, I cannot express that enough, work directly through the coorporation if you can and avoid middleman establishments such as this that only want to point the finger instead of righting a wrong.
