I am surprised to see so many negative reviews. I have never had an issue here. The PA I see is great and best of all, COMPETENT (unlike the first doctor who shall remain nameless but you may be able to figure out from previous reviews). I went to the OT for quite a few weeks and they were also AWESOME. My finger is almost 100 percent back to normal and I am very pleased. I have never waited here long and have never had a problem getting an appointment.

This organization is all about the money. I had back and hip pain and during my first visit the doctor said «I can talk to you about your back but you’ll have to make a separate appt for your hip». More appointments, more money. Then I went to their Valencia facility for another opinion because I was told from the phone receptionist that was the closest facility with a dr that specialized in both back and hips and Dr Blecher was THE RUDEST dr I’ve seen in a while. He came in my room within 1 minute of me finishing 10 different X-​rays, so clearly did not take much time in reviewing the X-​rays, and spent the entire time «investigating» why I came there and not Bakersfield where I was seen originally. He was clearly irritated over my coming there and told me the first dr I saw is capable of helping me and there was no reason for me to be in his office… so much for an independent perspective… it’s all about the organization and the money.

This was the worst medical experience I have ever had. Dr. Grossman performed a back surgery that failed but told me it was perfect! I have never had a physician misrepresent the facts. I asked for help from administration and they too kept telling me they were working on it. Never got answers from anyone, so terminated my status as a patient. I do not recommend this organization. I was also over billed for services.

VERY impressed and touched by how hard working and caring the appointment staff was (ESP. Breanna and Isabel) they got me in to see a doc right away and treated me like a person instead of a patient :) thx guys!:) ps-​the staff at the facility were greAt too)

I am very disheartened about my 7 year old daughter’s first visit. If a person had to wait an hour and a half for a meal or any other services (with an appointment or reservations) they would deem it unacceptable. To see a doctor after an hour and a half wait with NO apologies from the office staff or the doctor is INTOLERABLE. We were recommended here by another doctor because Valley Children’s was becoming increasingly difficult to to travel the distance. Guess what, spent the same amount of time in the waiting room as we would have traveling. Not a good first impression. We will be looking for another orthopedic facility. I am relatively sure you would not wait an hour and a half and not expect some apology or you to not patronize an establishment again.

Excellent Doctors and staff who really care and make my eight year old smile, in spite of going through elbow surgery (which went flawlessly)
