Best place in town no matter what. Customer service is on point and they treat you like family.

Been going to smoke scene for a year and I’ve never had a problem. Always good service and always have what I need. The workers are constantly on their stuff and know what they are talking about. Every time I’ve managed to break or damage my vapes in the past they have handled it perfect for me. Have been to most of the shops around town and im most satisfied with Smoke Scene!

Absolutely love this place. The care they have for their customers is on point. There are other vape shops closer to where I live, but I chose to go to smoke scene because they just take care of me. They don’t mind me trying out their flavors for hours on end, and are constantly trying to solve any problems my mod may give me. On top of all that, they are friendly, reliable, and just a pleasure to be around. Thanks Smoke Scene for the excellent customer service!

Came here specifically looking for an RDA and was continuously upsold products. I was looking at the Sigelei mod and a standard drip atty. At this point the guy there was constantly trying to upsell me. It was ridiculous. You shouldn’t get that you should get this it costs 40 bucks more… you need the double battery charger it only costs 12 more than the single charger. Etc etc… whatever not a big deal he’s in business to make sales. I get that. I come home and start looking at my gear online and I learn he overcharged me by so much… the mod he charged $ 75 I found online for $ 39…same goes for everything I purchased. This place is a rip off I recommend going elsewhere or doing your homework before you shop here. I felt like I had pretty much been robbed after I learned all this. Not too mention their batteries are knock offs and the crew of young gawking creepy guys blowing obnoxious clouds of vapor in your face constantly is absolutely ridiculous. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I bought a hookah here and it’s been great. The guy that sold me on it seemed to really know his stuff about hookahs and tobacco.
I had a busy schedule and stopped here to buy more tobacco one morning at 9 am, when they open. The place was completely locked up. I waited 15 minutes, with another customer, and no one showed up. I promptly left and bought tobacco elsewhere.

I don’t usually go to these type of places but I had to get a gift for someone for Xmas. I thought something was strange when I bought the item. The worker was very hesitant to give me a receipt but I demanded one. Took the item home, tried to charge it, and it was broke. I tried to take it back but they refused. They have a small sign that says no refunds but this was a totally defective product. You can’t sell defective merchandise and not take it back. A sign does not release you of your obligations to do what’s right.
When I tried to return it, they tried to intimidate me. When I stood my ground and asked for the managers information, the working actually said he didn’t know the manager or owners name and laughed in my face. When I kept pushing the issue he had the nerve to tell me that I had to take it up with the manager.
Never ever ever shop here.
