Roadrunner Inn & Suites

Do NOT ever stay here. Staying in Bakersfield is bad enough, but the hotel was a joke! The place is overrun with hookers and drug dealers. The room I stayed in reeked of mildew and there was mold in the bathroom. The entry door looked like it had been kicked in and housekeeping added a couple of screws to fix it. The casing around the door was missing and you could see around the door. Someone could easily see inside our room. The beds were like prison cots.
I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in Bakersfield since I do a lot of work in the area, but still to this day I have never stayed at a motel this bad. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else but here. If there’s no vacancy anywhere else, then find a Walmart parking lot and sleep in your car. At least you might keep from getting mugged or murdered!
