Pacifica Senior Living

My dad started with Pacifica Assisted Living and then moved into Pacifica Memory Care. The facilities are home like and not clinical feeling with caring nurses and staff. They have been very attentive to my dads needs and care and keep me informed at all times. I also like that the facilities are not too big, where I feel my dad would get less attention.

My grandpa lives there and he loves it. The staff there treat him extremely well and make him feel really loved. When I go to visit the staff is outstanding and extremely nice.

My mom is living here and is very happy! The admin staff and caregivers go above and beyond for the residents. We left another big name facility in town because the care was so poor and the lack of compassion was gone. We researched long and thorough, to find mom a place she would be happy and well cared for. This was the place for her! They have great food, many activities, and make the place so festive and fun for each holiday. Most importantly, they are kind, compassionate, and loving to each resident and family member. Thank you Cassandra, Irma, and Ailly for everything!

My great grandmother lived here. Very clean, loving environment. The staff makes you feel welcomed and treats the residents as family members. My mema loved living here and always called it her home. I’ve walked through a lot of assisted living/​memory care homes and none compare to Pacifica senior living!!! They do a lot of events to keep the people who live their on their toes. There’s so many things I could say about Pacifica senior living but I would be here all day. Thank you for the wonderful things you all did for my great grandma, and still do for the other residents.

Our family has been extremely pleased with the care, kindness, and attention that our mom is receiving in Assisted Living at Pacifica. The staff is fabulous! They are experienced, positive, helpful, friendly and caring. They have created an incredible «homey» environment at Pacifica, which is so welcoming to residents and those that visit. We are delighted that our mom is receiving delicious, home-​cooked meals and offered a variety of activities. The communication with Pacifica has been fantastic — they are very responsive to inquiries, needs, questions, etc. that arise. Whether through personal contact, phone calls or emails, the staff is very accessible and always responsive. We have no doubt that when the time comes for our mom to be moved to Memory Care, that Pacifica will continue to provide the same exceptional level of care that they are providing in Assisted. Living.
