I gave one star because I had to. I really just had a terrible experience and cannot stress enough that no one should use this place. I took in an antique chair to be reupholstered and was given a great price and a three week timeline. Great! Or so I thought. After continually having to contact them about the status of my chair, and almost six weeks later, I finally got to see it. It was really poorly done, the new fabric was stained, and it was in bad shape. The owner was very pleasant and did give me my money back which was great because things could have gotten much worse. I have since taken it to another shop and when they saw the job this place did they were floored! Heed my warning! Don’t do it!
