I had a bad experience with another printing service and I came here to have my Baby Shower invitations fixed and Natalie did a great job. She did a test print to make sure the color was correct and even did a complimentary cut for me. I left extremely satisfied and I will be coming back here again! Thank you Natalie!

Office stores are all pretty much the same. This one is the closest to my home, so I go here quite often. I need a lot of toner.
I also buy multi divider folders and some other things here and I’ve never walked away without getting what I needed.
When I can’t find something, the staff is always willing to help me out. I appreciate that because I can’t stand wasting time looking for something that is right in front of me. Very frustrating! Anyhow, they have a good customer service thing going.
They have bins with marked down items near the checkout line. It is not just a bunch of junk in there. They have all kinds of good stuff that is totally useful and needed like highlighters and phone chargers and crayons (yep, I still like coloring. DON’T JUDGE!).
Anyhow, I never get a bad experience at this Office Max location, so I’ll keep coming back. AND they have a HUGE selection of crayons. I’m not kidding.

I was back to school shopping for my classroom and was wanting to buy large quantities of certian seasonal items. Instead of counting out what I needed, I asked if I could just buy them in the unopened boxes. The employee that help me out was very helpful. He pulled boxes off the top shelf and got boxes out of a shipment that they just received for me. He went over and beyond trying to help me get everything I need. The store had lots of sale items and everything was nicely organised and easy to find. The store was very clean and was easy to navigate through. They made the work of back to school classroom shopping much more easier!

We walked in to look at computers for my son and went to the computer aisle where two employees were having a work related discussion with each other. They finished talking and walked away from us in different directions. We got no acknowledgement from either, even though we were only feet away and obviously in need of answers. I was ready to walk out of the store when Richard came to help us. He took our needs into consideration and answered all of our questions. VERY helpful. We bought a computer and walked out happy. I would give five stars, but I guess it depends on which employee you get.

The employees here were so friendly today. I walked in apprehensive and confused: I am a CSUB student taking a BC summer school class that required me to purchase a specific lab book at this particular Office Max. The Office Maxers were so helpful and understanding with me. There is nothing worse than being condescendingly talked down to at an establishment when you’re confused enough as it is, but they made my journey across town more bearable. Pleasant employees can make such a huge difference in a customer’s experience. It’s that simple! Thanks for walking me through that process today, Office Max.

We needed some envelopes printed on and went in to see if the officemax print shop could handle our request. They assured us they could, told us how to format the publisher file, and how to submit. However once we submitted our file and went to print they told us it wasn’t something they could do. After they assured us it would be NO problem. I wouldn’t trust them or their printing work after the experience we had. What a waste of time.

They had what I needed, price was fair. Store was clean and the cashier was friendly. Not much more you can say, its an office supply store.

Has awesome customer service and very helpful when needed.
