They run their business out of small house. It’s no company, just this Chinese girl running by herself, created a nice looking website to trick customers into buying the costume. Return is hell, don’t botter, trust me.

I recently purchased a PVC bodysuit for a friend for her Halloween costume (we were very excited to have found the perfect on and couldn’t wait for it’s arrival) but unfortunately it arrived and the zipper was stuck and once we tried to pull slightly rougher (since sometimes zippers can be difficult and just need a little help) a few of the teeth (plastic zipper) on the zipper completely popped off making the costume unusable for Halloween. I paid roughly $ 13 in S&H to have the item delivered and now that I am wanting to return the item (never been worn or even tried on) and they are telling me that I need to return the item lose out on the $ 13 I already paid and «potentially» be refunded at a max $ 5 for the return shipping… Sorry, WHAT!!! This is seriously horrible costumer service and I know I will never order from this company again and really advise any future costumers to look elsewhere because when your defective item arrives that you paid for and paid shipping for they will not be helpful with the return. I hope the BBB can get them to straighten their business out…
