I can not stop laughing because of how big of a joke this place was. Stopped here on a visit and they served the worst food I’ve ever had at a fast food joint. The fries were stale, salty, cold and there were a few that were wet lol The soda tasted funny and the burgers were dry and the cheese still had the plastic wrap. Get is together folks. And you guys want 15 an hour sheesh

This is the second time this location has ‘blown me off’ regarding the highly advertised ‘Get your Food in 60 seconds– Monday-​Friday from 12 Noon — 1pm’ promotion. It took more than four (4) minutes for me to move up in line after paying, much less receive my food. When I asked at the delivery window, I was told ‘Oh, we’re not doing that today…’ yet more than five (5) signs/​banners were displayed indicating that they WERE doing the promotion today.
I went in to discuss the problem with the Manager, and he looked at me like he didn’t understand English, no comment, no apology, no nothing. Food Quality was ok (Typical McDonald’s), but the service is HORRIBLE!

Great customer service and CLEAN BATHROOMS! Newly Remodeled too! They have a lobby hostess that serves coffee refills and dessert cart in the mornings so you don’t have to go back up to the counter. Easy access on and off of the 99 Fwy. Plus, if you are traveling there are cheaper gas stations on this exit than closer to the Grapevine. Quick service and the food was excellent!
