I used to be someone who suffered from migraines regularly, a problem resulting from posture. One day, Roland came up to me and told me that muscles need to be worked out because I literally don’t have the strength for good posture. I have worked out with him for about a month and I’ve had only one migraine since then, as opposed the the 4 – 8 I would have normally had in this time. Not only do I appreciate the effects he has had on my posture improving, he cares intensely that my form be correct and that I learn how each joint is positioned, and which muscles are being activated and the work out feels short but effective. When he pushes me out of the nest, so to speak, this bird will fly. He’s used mostly free weights, my own body weight and bands to train me. My husband uses him too now, he loves it. And lastly, coming from someone who has HATED to work out, I actually like to work out now! TLDR: Try Roland. He’s worth the time and money.
