Kern Trophies

Kern Trophies were the only ones that I found who were ready to help with my gift and not just dismiss me because it didn’t come from their store! I came in after being turned away by another trophy shop. I needed a steering wheel cover engraved for a gift for a dear friend, and another shop didn’t want to take the risk once I told them I bought it on Ebay. Instead of sniffing at me, Kern Trophies sniffed the leather, examined it carefully, and said we will let you know how it goes! I was so happy to hear from them the very next week telling me that was finished and that it did not cost me an arm a leg! They did beautiful work, they’re friendly, and no one should go anywhere else in town!

Came in here to pick up some safety award plaques for my fathers business.
This place is in need of a good clean. I mean it’s spring time so why not do it today? It’s just dingy and dusty. Hasn’t seen a vacuum or duster in what seems like a decade or more.
The attitude we received from the guy behind the counter was appalling. It was the, «I know you have no other choice but to use my business for your order because heir is no competition to go to» attitude.
They had trophies, little collectible type memorabilia, anniversary clocks, cake toppers, flags, desk pens and lot and lots of other things.
Just wasn’t happy with this guys attitude or the service we received from him. No sense of appreciation for the customers. The plaques were nice though.

Very disappointed to say the least! I brought in some trophies for a golf tournament we had in LA to have the engraving plates changed. I could have had this done in LA for half the price, but being born and raised in Bakersfield, I like to give my hometown business whenever I can. What I got was a broken trophy that had been poorly glued together. When I asked the staff about it, they denied it, then said they would replace it and call me when it was ready. That was in November. When I went in today, the trophy was still sitting there untouched and covered in dust. The staff said they had called me several times and left messages saying they no longer made the trophy we had. The problem is, I never received a single call. So they lied about breaking it and then lied about calling me. What a dishonest and lazy business Kern Trophies has become! From now on my trophy business will stay in LA.
