My a/​c would not start, Called Banner Air who sent one of their «technicians». The technician spent less than 5 minutes to diagnose the problem. He said the compressor is broken, better replace the whole unit, Banner Air said. Price $ 6k to $ 8k. Didn’t believe them so I called an electrician, found that there was no power to the unit, fixed it would cost 1⁄10 of what Banner was going to charge me. Fraudulent? I am not sure but definitely incompetence of epic proportions. I would neither use nor recomment this company. To top it all off, no apologies from the Vice President who was my contact person. Nothing at all!

Our AC quit on us on a Saturday night during the first 100 + degree week. Called on Sunday morning and they had a tech there within a couple hours. Very friendly and quick. Had us cooling off in just a few minutes. Highly recommend Banner Air.

This was the second time I chose Banner Air for our ac service. I prefer using locally owned businesses and Banner Air always provides quality service! The last time Banner serviced our units was almost 4 years ago by their service technician, Joe. I was really pleased to see him again. Joe is efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Top Notch employee! I will be using Banner again and will recommend Joe anytime. Great customer service from the girls on the phone as well. Great employees are a sign of a good working environment.

Best service around! We were on vacation and came home to a broken AC, right in the middle of summer in Bakersfield. We called them up (on a holiday no less) they were here in an hour and had our AC up and running! Their service is untouchable!

I have been acquainted with the Greer family in heating and air conditioning since 1975. I needed to have the air conditioner temporarily moved to permit work on a sewer line which passed under the unit. Kent Greer was terrific, as always. I called him and he returned my call within an hour. That was at 7:45. The unit was disconnected and moved before 10:00 so the plumbers could resume work. Great company with excellent service ever since I have known them.

September in Bakersfield is still summer at 100 plus degrees. Our AC went out, I called them and they fixed it the next day! Joe, the technician who came right on time diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed two other minor issues. He was very friendly and personable and professional. It’s hard to find repair companies who care about customer service, but when it happens, it’s not forgotten. The prices were very reasonable. I will always call them for AC and heating repairs.
