Fast, courteous service. These workers know their games and they always have the best advise on any and all purchases from refurbished gaming equipment, used games, latest games or selling your games. Their always patient and willing to explain settings for mom’s like me who want to know how to control some of the gore or language options with certain games. Only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the lack of cleanliness of the store, old carpet smell, & dust buildup. My allergies flare up within several minutes of being inside. The workers are so busy helping customers, they probably don’t have time for the cleaning… I like that the customer comes first at this Gamestor.

Great prices and great professional staff.
The Gamestor place is full of great Nintendo, Super Nintendo, GameCube, Wii, Wii U, Gameboy Advance, PlayStation 1,2,3, Xbox, Xbox 360 and more to purchase and even if you are interested of playing there system console games; you can with a small price an hour. The staff there are knowledgeable and friendly. This place is great. If you don’t believe me see for your self. Brandon and the manager Sal are great people.

Bought a used PS3 from here, and it works perfectly. The prices are reasonable (totally matched 1:1 with Gamestop), and I know some people on here have complained about the return policy, but for the hardware/​system, it was perfect. I get 90 days to return it (they’ll fix or replace it if it’s messed up), whereas Gamestop only offers 30 days. Also, the woman at the front counter was super helpful and very patient as I asked 1,000,000 questions. She was a big help, and definitely a reason for me to go back. I dropped them one star for their collection of games. Wasn’t amazing, but was pretty good!
