Horrible owner to deal with. Poor quality furniture. Multiple visits to try and fix the chairs with no results. Hard to understand. Wish I could give 0 stars

This place is horrible! They delivered me the wrong pillows, sectional! Came to replace it with the right sectional, as they took the old ones out they broke my ceiling fan!!! And gave me hassel to replace it… long story short they replaced it… never brought me the right pillows so I called the boss and the lady the wife of the owner I guess said she would have the delivered to me for all the trouble… never came so I called talk to john and he said he would call me right back. 3 days go by he never called so I called him today and he answered and I asked him when they would bring them he starts yelling at me saying I didnt pay for delivery so he wasnt going to! And I tokd him well you guys said u would so u need to and he starts yelling saying its not his fault and that I turned my fan on on purpose and made the accident! And that I gave them a hard time?! I said oh im so sorry that you made all these damn mistakes and broke my damn fan! And for one they offer free delivery if u pay cash and we did! So idk why the hell hes yelling saying I didnt pay for delivery… these ppl are so unprofessional and so freaking rude!!! BEWARESERIOUSLY! THEIRSONICEWHEN U GOBUTASSOONASTHEYHAVEYOURMONEYTHEYDONTGIVE A RATSASS!!!

If I could have given less than one star I would have. Our experience was great up until the day our dinning room set was supposed to be delivered. The salesman who helped us said the owner/manager couldn’t sell us our set as we had agreed. A table with six chairs, instead of a table with 4 chairs and a bench. The owner himself, an Asian man with bad English, got on the phone to speak with my husband. He argued with my husband and told him they could not sell us our set the way we had agreed. Our bad for not getting a copy of the invoice. What HORRIBLE Customer Service & bad business. We will NEVER shop there again. We’ll go somewhere else and possible pay a little more, but I’m sure we won’t have to deal with a moron like that! Too bad for him… we just got a new home that needs to be furnished. However our furniture will not be from Furniture Depot!

Bad service by John the owner. Also very rude man and hard to understand. I would rather pay a little more to get better service and attention. Not sure how he stays in business.

Had a bad experience at mor furniture for less so decided to try them out. Got a great deal and they even had what I wanted in stock. The delivery and set charge was reasonable. I had my bedroom set within a couple hours.
